"THE MUSE" concept art - 2D Animated Shortfilm

Hey guys! I can finally show my work of the animated 2D short I’ve been working on for my uni. The short is almost done and I’ll share it when we have it! 
It’s a short that occurs during the modern era in Barcelona, inspired by the artists Alfons Mucha, the architect Gaudí and in general the art noveau architecture.

I wanted to show you all the backgrounds I did, the concepts for the main character and a secondary character that appears at the beginning of the short.
It was a tough project but it really taught me about working in a team.

With this final project I am saying goodbye to my university L’Ídem Barcelona, because this was my last year there, and I want to say that it’s been a great experience from the first year I started to the last year now.

Big thanks to all the teachers that have been giving me feedback, my great partners Julia and Silvia and specially Salva, our director, who some days stayed up until very late just for helping us on the project.

"MUNE: The guardian of the moon" tribute

Weell.. it's been soo loong since I didn't post any news on my blog.. I've been uploading everything on the facebook page and on instagram, but in fact I can't forget about my most personal space.

I am sharing with you today some designs I did for an exam from the uni, based on the movie "Mune: the guardian of the moon".

We had to do color thumbnails for some backgrounds, and also try to design new characters that could be on the film.

"Embrace the new O2"

Heeey I am back! After some days of hard work I finally can post something. It's an illustration I did for the uni, using three characters we had to create based on the main shapes (round, square, triangle). I might post the video of the process but not yet because I have other tons of work to do! I am pretty satisfied of this piece. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
